Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

For commercial purposes, we also accept return requests up to 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold, including all original accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the legal guarantee of conformity applies. An appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be offered in accordance with the law.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
