Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on this online store.

The products offered are described as accurately as possible.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Shipping is free within France.

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 days within France.

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. We extend this period to 30 days for commercial purposes.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

The seller cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
